The project IDEA is designed to develop information literacy among the population of regions of Ukraine, to improve the quality of education and level of social and cultural development, and improved quality of life for people in need of social support. Opening of a new training center in Kharkov was a continuation of the project in Ukraine. Since 2008, IDEA Project 37 centers were opened in 29 cities of Ukraine.

The activities of the project "Information Dissemination" is aimed at expanding opportunities for access to information technology, improving technical skills and opportunities for unemployed and underemployed youth, young people with unsightly socio-economic status, persons with disabilities, older people. Education sessions within the project "Information Dissemination" focused not simply on providing opportunities to gain knowledge in the field of modern information and communication technologies, but also on the application of this knowledge into practice and improve living conditions in each local community. Course participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate program "Unlimited Potential" by Microsoft, the authenticity of which employers can check on the project website www.idea-ukraine.org.
