The goal of the contest is search and support of young talents, assistance in improvement of professional skills in different kinds of art, overcoming of negative stereotypes about people with disabilities in the society.

Selection of applicants and determination of winners of awards and prizes is held by a highly professional jury.

The head of the jury is a celebrated cultural figure of Ukraine, member of Ukrainian writers’ union, Kharkov poet, Boyko Victor Stepanovich.

The applications are accepted from October 5, 2009 till October 30, 2009 at the following address:

The contest selection of applicants takes place on November 5-6, gala-concert and awarding of winners of the contest takes place on November 19.
